How does the Free plan work?+
The Free plan includes all 22 legal databases with citation verification — plus GST reconciliation, the Notice Response agent, and PDF / ITR JSON exports. You get up to 3 client vaults (15 documents each), and each month 10 knowledge chats (20 messages each), 5 chats per vault, and 8 guided-workflow runs. Vault and document limits are fixed; chats and workflows refresh monthly. No credit card required, no time limit.
What's the difference between Pro and Firm?+
Pro is a single-seat plan for individual CAs with unlimited queries, all 12 guided workflows, and full feature access. Firm adds multiple team seats with role-based access (Admin / Manager / Staff / Viewer), API access, and dedicated support. Firm pricing is per-seat, starting at 3 seats.
Are prices inclusive of GST?+
No. Prices shown are exclusive of 18% GST. You'll receive a proper GST invoice for input credit.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
